As part of processing your credit request, we process your identification data, your contact details, your employment and financial situation (income, expenses, existing commitments), and the supporting documents you provide.
Purposes of processing
This data is used to assess your creditworthiness and repayment capacity, process your financing request, prevent fraud and money laundering, and comply with our legal obligations as a credit institution.
Legal basis
Processing is based on the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (review of your financing application) and on compliance with legal obligations to which My UAB Pay is subject regarding anti-money-laundering and counter-terrorist-financing.
Recipients of the data
Your data may be transmitted to credit-check agencies, to our financial partners involved in processing your request, and to competent authorities where required by law.
Retention period
If your request is declined, your data is kept for a limited period necessary to handle any related claims, then deleted. If accepted, it is kept for the duration of the contractual relationship and the statutory retention periods applicable to credit institutions.
